WATCH: Deshaun Watson celebrates successful ACL surgery

by - Assoc. Editor -

Good news for all the Deshaun Watson fans out there. The ACL reconstruction surgery for Watson on Wednesday morning was a success by all accounts.

The surgery was done by Dr. Walter Lowe, the Texans team physician, and top ACL surgeon. There was no additional damage found during the surgery and Watson should be on track for the Texans' first NFL game of 2018.

Watson took AFC offensive player of the month honors in October with 16 passing touchdowns. He assumed starting duties halfway through the season opener and went into last weekend tied for the league lead in touchdown passes (19).

Check out Watson celebrate his successful ACL surgery in the following short clip.
