Clemson landed its first 2020 commitment from a Dabo Swinney camp attendee on Tuesday.
Four-star rated Hartsville, S.C. defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart is pledged to be a Tiger. He is rated as high as the No. 2 defensive tackle in the nation by 247Sports, as well as the No. 2 player in the state and the No. 38 prospect in the nation. He holds offers from Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina and Duke. Capehart recently won defensive line MVP at the Rivals 3Stripe Camp. He was named to the All-Zone team for his area by WPDE. Capehart has been recruited by Clemson defensive tackles coach Todd Bates. #We2Deep20 Let’s goooo!!!
