Spiller congratulates Clemson on winning title

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson standout C.J. Spiller is one of the biggest supporters of the Clemson Football team and was in attendance on Monday night as he watched Clemson win their first National Championship since 1981.

Spiller took to social media on Tuesday afternoon to congratulate the coaches and players on their championship season.

"What a game it was last night between Clemson and ALABAMA," Spiller posted on his Instagram account. "I couldn't be more happier for coach Swinney and the guys. They embraced the target all season and stayed the course. Them guys will forever walk together as brothers and National Champions. Thank you guys for incredible season for all of us alumni and the whole Clemson Nation." #nationalchampions #oneclemsonfamily
