ESPN's Football Power Index (FPI) is a measure of team strength that is meant to be the best predictor of a team's performance for a season. FPI represents how many points above or below average a team is, and projected results are based on 10,000 simulations of the rest of the season using FPI, results to date, and the remaining schedule. The Tigers have a 20.6% chance of winning the ACC, 0.9% chance to win out and a remaining strength of schedule of 17 according to the Football Power Index. Clemson's team efficiencies are as follows: offense (38th overall), defense (1st overall), special teams (87th overall) and overall (6th). Team efficiencies are based on the point contributions of each unit to the team's scoring margin, on a per-play basis. Clemson odds against 2015 games remaining - Louisville (74.4%), Notre Dame (46.5%), Georgia Tech (49.5%), Boston College (87.2%), Miami (49.8%), NC State (65.1%), Florida State (52.0%), Syracuse (82.9%), Wake Forest (94.5%) and South Carolina (64.9%).
