Former Clemson coach hired by Chicago Bears

According to the Chicago Bears' official twitter account, former Clemson coach Reggie Herring has been hired as their new linebacker coach.

Herring was the Tigers' defensive coordinator from 1997 to the 2001 season. He had coached the last three seasons as the LB coach for the Texans and also been the LB coach for the Cowboys from 2008-10.
