Something fresh... Plays I remember

What plays are burnt into your memory? Here is a couple involving the Fridge, '81 NC game first quarter their Outland Trophy Winner with 2 holding calls on their first drive. Earlier that year or it may have been '82 and I believe it was against Wake Forest Perry hit their center so quick he knocked the quarterback down. That was awesome.
I have plenty more but let's hear from you guys especially you old timers

Was sitting 15 rows up on the O31O St side in Jacksonville when flags started flying. I knew it was good, but in fairness to Hayes.....the crowd had been riding him hard all game with "Get Woody off the field" each time he would venture away from the bench. I didn't know what happened until the next day.

Fuller to Butler Fuller to Clark against Maryland Danzler's run for first down to lock up,the Nebraska game Catch II Gardner against Colts Catch III Renfrow against Alabama Don Kelley's returns agains ?? All plays in the fourth quarter when we had to come from behind against Virginia in 1966 The interception against Ohio State in the Gator Bowl. Woody Hayes' downfall. Last touchdown by our third team QB against the Coots to make it 63-17 down at our second home. Jeff Scott (holder) on fake extra point for a TD
I could go on and on if my feeble mind would let me.

No specific plays but, if I thought about it long enough, I am sure over the last 40 years I could isolate on a few. I will give you two examples.
1. James Davis TD on Fla. State a few years back.
2. Any of the CJ Spiller's take it to the house runs where he left the entire def. backfield., those were special indeed.

I was standing on the hill when Gardner pulled in the catch vs USuCk in 2000. It's like a snapshot in my mind, the way the crowd exploded at that moment. Gives me goosebumps. Funny thing about that play, it really does look like he pushed off, how he put his hand onto the CBs arm, but I don't think he actually did push off. I really don't care either way. ?? Great moment in time.

The Dark Days of the '90's

Arm Chair Coach, I called this one ( out loud to the wife) Home against Florida State we punt and pin them deep. I told the wife they will throw it long, we bite on the play fake they go over the top for a 90 plus yard touchdown. I think that was the year they hung 70 on us.
Going through the dark days makes the run we are on now more special

I have a few

Chinedu Ohan downing the punt inside the one against Georgia in 1987. The dude was a sharp dresser.
Rusty Charpia intercepting a Todd Ellis pass late in the game in 1988. Rusty was my high school quarterback, and walked on as a safety. He led the team in interceptions per play that year. He had three or four. That was my last game in the Valley as a student.
Nelson Welch nailing the game-winner against Virginia in 1992. Tom Burns is a good friend of mine now. He was a linebacker for UVA from 1990 to 1993. He told me his biggest high as a player was beating Clemson in 1990, and his lowest low was losing to us in 1992.
Gary Cooper ran a reverse against Maryland in 1988, and Tracy Johnson knocked some poor defensive back to the moon on the block.
The sack and strip and TD by Chester McGlockton against West Virginia in 1989.
The debut of the orange pants on the road against the gamecocks in 1989.
All three of Whitehurst's first-quarter touchdown passes in 2003 against the gamecocks.
Emory Smith giving the gamecock DB a 20 yard piggyback ride in 1995.
Dang, I could go on and on…
