As long as they have those Key Lime mints, I'm ok!

Been a few times. Not quite as good as it was 7-8 years ago, but definitely still worth stopping in.

Try Gulf Stream in GC. We used to go to Sara J's all the time until we found gulf stream. Basically, if you go towards the beach like you would run into the garden city pier, at the stop light right where the pier is, take a right, and go down about two miles. It's on the inlet marina with beautiful views and the food is awesome. Highly recommend

It did go downhill a few years ago - we had some terrible, terrible service there for 2-3 years in a row so we stopped going altogether and haven't been back.
Gulfstream Cafe next to Marlin Quay marina is excellent. Been going there for years...worth it!

Crabs are unbelievable. Fried shrimp are huge and awesome. It's just north of the business and local hwy 17 junction in garden city. Please go and make sure it stays open for when I go. Nit fancy at all, but great kid Atlantic seafood, if you know what that means.

I like gulfstream also. Murrell's inlet restaurants are a little crowded in the summer, but are worth it. Tried a place my parents like on Saturday-Driftwood. 10 minute drive to the middle of nowhere strip mall. I usually don't get fried seafood, but I got one of the big fried platters here and it was awesome. You should give it a shot one night

Stayed at Marlin Quay for the past few years and loved Gulfstream. Early Bird is affordable, plenty to eat, and good.

Not as good as it used to be. A little bit too greasy now and the service is average at best. Try the Gulfstream Cafe, about 2 miles south of the GC Pier on Waccamaw Dr., or Lee's Inlet Kitchen in Murrell's Inlet. Both are better all around, imo.

Lees Inlet Kitchen -- one of the oldest on the SC coast - and one of the best. I've eaten there in the 1950's, and the 2008's, and for all those years, it's still one of the best IMO!
