your right it isnt. theyve still not given up and i appreciate it. he should go after 12 years of this is enough.. and if admin decides to keep him clemson fans should consider not going next year.

CBB has been given millions, generational wealth and 12 years of opportunity. Many Clemson fans like me have passed on Clemson Basketball for the past decade due to the boring style of play and ongoing coach/player/team fear of big games and clutch moments (especially 4th qtrs).
I would love to see Clemson Basketball and a new coach get a shot at renewing the Clemson Basketball program whether successful or not. If they fail to bring wins and excitement - give them 4-5 years and move on.

???? it’s time to move on. Too many games he gave away this year that he should have won. I’m not going to pee in my pants because he beat BC after losing earlier with a full team after being ahead by 23 points to his former assistant. This is Brad. Just like TB. When you think he is done he will win one but never enough to get our tigers any national respect.

There are probably more Brownell fans on here than you think. I’m one. This team has not given up and is playing well despite injuries to key players. Middlebrooks is evolving before our eyes!
CBB fans are probably less vocal here because they get flamed. Just look at JK!

Your support is laughable. This means you are not serious in seeing MBB program achieving any success in the conference or nationally. He gets very little support from former players and our competitors love it that he is still here.

I’ve got to say I am impressed with the fight this team has. That comes from coaching. I’ve also been critical of BB but I’ll give it to him, his teams fight till the end

They have been playing with grit. Yes, the wake game was a good win but they were without two key starters also. As for today, the question that really needs to be asked is how Brownell let BC win after we had a 20 point margin and all our players were healthy.
The ACC is bad. The only decent team is Duke. So yes, we appear to look good and the team does work hard but the level of competition isn't very good.

23 point margin. Choking with big leads is BB's specialty. Keep him if you like that.

Nope, same old predictable pattern, blown leads all season, terrible in game coaching, and then when he feels the heat, he does just enough to keep his job and get his little bit of supporters to the point and say “ see , see ! next year is the year “

Yes, he should play zone similarly to Cuse because he always has inferior talent. The zone is a great equalizer in stopping the faster more talented players from driving on us and it puts in much better rebound position against a taller, more physical and talented team. Where was he when he had all hands on deck. Losing 6 in a row. BB is meant for mid major

Here’s my problem with Brad: every year he does JUST ENOUGH to stay employed. He probably finishes the season right at .500. After year 12 this pattern of “success” is unacceptable. To me, this season was NCAA tournament or bust. Had he done enough before the injuries hit he wouldn’t be in this under .500 predicament.

Players tend to rally around their coach that is about to be fired. I remember Tommy West and his players when he made his last trip down the hill. Clemson MBB needs a head coaching change.

I thought at the beginning of the year, it was our most talented team in years. With the sorry state of ACC basketball, it would have been interesting to have seen what a fresh start coach could have done with them. They are playing hard, for sure. Will take the 2 wins, but keep in mind wake was also down starters, and BC - well they are struggling as well.
