Just need to ask you lawyers out there.....
hypothetically.....if someone were to ###### a Native American from a Reservation.....would the feds be involved?

It's best just to beat the tar out of them at their home, and then go back to your place like it was no big deal. I'm confident that the flaming spear left at the scene will validate any claim needed to be made as it pertains to mutual combat.
