The Clemson family lost a true tiger yesterday. Floyd (Fudd) Rogers the co captain of the 1966 tiger football team passed away at his home in Waynesville, NC. He was a great individual and will surely be missed by his family and friends.

I ('91) never knew "Fudd" ; however, my dad ('68) talked about some wonderful stories at Clemson together.

I lost my dad to Covid Feb 2022. I can promise you my dad was near the front of the line when Fudd's ship arrived to Heaven ; and I'm sure pop greeted Fudd wearing his orange socks and penny loafers (if you wear shows in Heaven).

Every story I heard from pop ends with Fudd doing great things ; Even though I never knew him, I totally agree he was a great person!

My condolences to Fudd's family and friends! I'm so sorry for your loss!
