Unless an absolute near miracle occurs, Brad is finally going to be moving on. Everybody should be aware of that fact. The main thought now is what will be Neff's strategy? Now is not the time to be cheap. If you want to be the best, it is time to open the wallet and get the very top available talent. Do the research and take your time. We will probably lose players and maybe recruits during this process but that's a necessary consequence. We have to get someone who knows how to instill discipline and a workman like attitude. We need a guy that can recruit at a high level and create excitement about the program. We need to think big and go big. It's TIME!
