Former Clemson sophomore guard Ty Hudson has decided to transfer to Jacksonville St. according to multiple reports.

Hudson appeared in 41 games over the past two seasons, scoring 1.6 points per game.

Clemson head coach Brad Brownell wished him nothing but the best in his transfer process back in April.

"I think he feels like he needs a fresh start," Brownell said. "We certainly appreciate what he's done in the last couple of years for us and wish him the best in the future."
