View Full Profile was named one of 25 players on the John Olerud Two-Way Player-of-the-Year Award Watch List, announced on Thursday night. The Olerud Award, which recognizes a player who makes an impact both at the plate and on the mound, will be presented in Lubbock, TX on July 3 as a part of the College Baseball Hall of Fame’s Night of Champions.

Lamb, an outfielder, first-baseman, and lefthander from Seaford, VA, is hitting .307 with 10 stolen bases and is riding a 19-game hitting streak, the longest by a Tiger in 2011. On the mound, he is 1-1 with a 5.40 ERA and 24 strikeouts in 21.2 innings pitched over eight appearances (four starts) in 2011.
