Trevor Lawrence on Bryant's leadership: "It shows his character"

Clemson freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence spoke with the media Monday to preview Saturday's road matchup with Texas A&M.

Lawrence shared that Kelly Bryant has been a great teammate and friend while he has been at Clemson during his first season.

"It has helped a lot," he said about Bryant taking him under his wing. "It would definitely be a big stress if the guy in front of me was not taking it well and not wanting to help me out so that would definitely make it a lot harder. He has done a great job helping me out and being there for me. It shows his character."

Lawrence was 9-for-15 for 137 passing yards and three touchdowns.
