ESPN GameDay personalities Desmond Howard, Lee Corso, and Kirk Herbstreit made their College Football Playoff predictions in their season preview show.

Desmond Howard picked 1 seed Michigan, 2 seed Alabama 3 seed Clemson, and 4 seed West Virginia and had Michigan as the National champion.

Lee Corso picked 1 seed Clemson, 2 seed Wisconsin, 3 seed Georgia, and 4 seed Washington and had Wisconsin as the National Champion.

Kirk Herbstreit picked 1 seed Alabama, 2 seed Clemson, 3 seed Penn State, and 4 seed Washington and had a rematch with Clemson and Alabama with the Crimson Tide winning it all again.
