Clemson reflects on 2017 season via social media |
No. 1 Clemson’s 24-6 defeat at the hands of No. 4 Alabama in the Sugar Bowl proved to be a tough pill to swallow for a number of Tigers, but a hopeful tone for the future has been struck in the aftermath on social media.
Clemson just finished a run of three-straight Playoff appearances with three ACC titles and a national crown. With a significant number of returnees for 2018 - plus some talented additions, the Tigers are already very much looking to what’s next: What a year it has been. I am extremely thankful for every moment we had together as a team this season. We did alot of things “they” said we wouldn’t. Much love to all the tiger supporters that never lost faith. Believe me, the best is still yet to come for Clemson University. The best is yet to come remember that..... 50 wins in my 5 years, 3 ACC Championships, 3 CFP appearances, and a National Championship.. God is so good in so many ways, and sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. If I could go back I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you to the Clemson family and anyone else who has supported me during my career at Clemson it’s been nothing short of memorable ??. Blessed to of had the opportunity to be apart of such a special journey and program these last 5 years! I came in a young boy and left as a man, won 50 some games 3 Acc championships. I gave everything I had in me and wouldn’t change nothing! To the ones who doubted me, thank you What a year man !!! With all the bad comes the good ! We played our hearts out couldn't ask for a better team to go to war with ????????Much as it hurt to say, Good luck to both teams in the National championship both teams deserve it ??
