you arrogant gamecock MF. Its one thing to be out doing your job and during the ministration of your duties have to issue a citation to someone you dislike--the head coach of your biggest rival. And most of us can kind of understand your deep hatred for Coach Swinny--after all, you live in the shadow of the finest public university in the state of South Carolina. You live in an area that is overwhelming in its support of Clemson football which has dominated your team over the long annals of history. You have to live next to Clemson fans, you see their signs and flags and apparel everywhere you go---heck, you may have even dated a Clemson fan. You've grown to despise them because of the athletic success they've enjoyed against your team and the academic accolades they've received.
Thats all well and good and you're allowed to have your opinions and attitudes on your own time--to wave the chicken flag, wear chicken clothes and shoot off fire extinguishers in your backyard if it strikes your fancy.
But to get on a sports website after you've issued Coach Swinney a speeding ticket to crow about with your chicken buddies....to post police information on a public website simply to publicize your incredibly biased perception of the reaction of Swinney and his brother to the issuance of said citation.....IS WRONG. That act is probably also against the law. You didn't clear it with your superiors. And worse, you did this on a government owned computer---and I'll bet a mortgage payment that you and every other employee had been warned against doing exactly what you did or face possible dismissal.
You had to let your chicken buddies know what you'd done. You were proud to have given him a speeding ticket not so much because of his violation, but because of who he was.
You deserved to get fired. You deserve to be turned down for unemployment for deliberate violation of rules. Go commiserate with your chicken buddies and wear the mantle of one who's been fired from his job for being a stupid, arrogant prick----they're the ONLY ones who'll have any sympathy.
And to Phil Kornblut---take both the FOI request and the film and shove it just as far up your anus as it will go.
