I mean, really.

You are entitled to your opinion--I respect that. But he is our coach, and since he just turned down yet another opportunity, he will be our coach for the foreseeable future.

A hot prospect. Very few coaches receive interest from Alabama one year and Tennessee the next. Spence did, and that speaks to the esteem he is held in the coaching profession.

Like I said, your opinion is fine. It is a minority opinion by people who actually know football (i.e. coaching fraternity) but that's ok also--minority opinions are fine too.

It just gets old to bash a guy who lays it on the line every day, gives it his all to this university and is quite successful doing it. You sometimes sound like Rival fans not Clemson fans. He is here to stay, let's support him. The constant bashing [not backed by facts, mind you] does nothing positive for this great university. The bottom line is it has been 20 years since this program has so much positive energy surrounding it {terrific and stable coaching staff, recruiting, great players we can be proud to pull for]. Can we just enjoy the Chick-fil-a Bowl?
