SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Crude-oil futures closed above $63 a barrel Tuesday, as traders weighed worries about tight U.S. gasoline inventories, record retail prices for the fuel ahead of the summer-driving season and ongoing oil-supply disruptions in Nigeria.

Crude oil for June delivery climbed as high as $63.30 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange -- the contract's highest intraday level since May 4. It closed up 71 cents at $63.17.

just wait till Ms. Bill Clinton becomes prez; starts confiscating oil company profits as she has proposed (She may be more intelligent than Spurrier!). That is when we'll get the real help from the Dems...
