happened! TNET,turned into FGF. Can't believe some of these post from supposed Clemson fans. I know some are Coots, but some are fair weather fans. One loss took them from Dabo being coach of the year, to having lost the team. Sad!

When we are winning in dominant fashion everybody
is happy. The coots will still bash us and get
stuff started.
When we are winning when we should win dominantly,
we all wipe our brow...try to find the problem and
hope its an easy fix. Coots still will bash us.
When we lose when we should win...coots will bash us
Clemson fans will be hurt and start pointing fingers.
Some will even say we tried and played hard.
When we lose in a way we are showing NO FIGHT...
coots will LOVE to bash us while they are drinking
cocktails and martinis.... watch us crack open the
door a little to show where our coach is headed if
he don't get it right.
We love Clemson...we believe in Clemson...we know
what Clemson is capable of doing in football. When
that capability is not displayed we feel cheated.
When we see other teams do decent with less talent
look like they know what they are doing on the field,
we start to wonder...why we are not doing that, because
its not hard for them to do it.
Its all hard to get to the bottom of it. I heard before
that winning a national championship was the worst
thing that a team with a strong and passionate fan
base could do.....because they will always want more.
I want Clemson to be better....I want us to win the
big one....we all do. Our emotions just have to be
under control....Don't get me wrong losing 36-10,
70-33, or 51-14 is unheard of, I don't care who its
against. Clemson is better than that and we should have
more fight and pride that goes with the richness of
talent on the field that we have.

At least after the FSU game there was some discussion about the actual playing of the team. All its been this week is whining like little girls about another announcer,and a FRESHMAN player saying he is going to start working harder in practice because he wants the job.

as we have an 8 year old and had a 90 mile drive to our hotel, thought we'd beat the traffic and get her to bed a little earlier. And I'm not a fair weather fan or a Coot or live in Columbia

I have to respectfully disagree. True SC fans would not want to bash Dabo on this board. Why? Because to them, he is the best thing out of CU that's ever happened to their end of the rivalry, in their entire unimpressive and pedestrian football heritage.

Is a person who spends $10,000 a year on IPTAY and tickets but leaves in the 3rd quarter of an FSU prison rape less of a fan than some guy who got a free ticket from a buddy but sat through it till the end?
I promise that 90% of the team would have left in the 4th quarter if they would have been able too. I find it humorous when people say "the players didn't leave", well no, because if they did they would lose their scholarship.
Fans on the other hand paid to be there and shouldn't have to apologize for leaving early when the coaches, players and administration have taken the fans' hard earned money and I guess all got drunk before the FSU game. What do fans owe the coaches and players? Seems like fans and boosters do plenty, otherwise there wouldn't be the beautiful facilities and large coaches salaries.
No need for people to apologize or give reasons for leaving that game early.
