I've been reading this message board for a long time now, and decided to get in on the action.
Let me start by saying I am about as diehard as they come in regards to football. I live and breathe Clemson Football 366 days a year. I hurt when we lose, and cried when we won the ACC Championship last year. As for the other sports, I always hope we win but I can't tell you the first thing about any of our other teams.
Anyway, for all the Dabo haters I've read...WTH is wrong with you people? This man clearly loves our university and has us headed in the right direction. Until he proves otherwise (and he came close with the OB debacle), let's get behind this man and our program.

I figured some wouldn't like the name with the whole Tiger Rag thing. Truthfully, they could sing Happy Birthday for all I care. Let's just win!!
The name has sincere sentimental value, but I will consider your suggestion (very lightly).

welcome to t-net (the posting part,anyway), and i agree that dabo has us going in the right direction. i will get behind any hc that our administration puts in that position, regardless of sport, because i am a clemson fan. the tigers are my team, and i will be behind them 110% all the time. all-in. go tigers.

I have doubted Dabo's ability as a head coach at times but have never doubted his heart. His passion and personality are a perfect fit at Clemson.
This past year we were able to see some tangible positive results on the field. Sure there were the obvious let downs, but the overall trajectory he has put us on is a good one. I firmly believe Dabo is the man who will lead Clemson back to national prominence and I haven't been this excited for the season to start in about 10 years.

Last year was certainly one of the most exciting I've seen in a while (minus anything with CJ Spiller). I did not expect to win 10 games much less the ACC. Dabo has me more excited about our team than I've ever been before, but until we stop losing to teams we should beat and start winning prime time, big stage games, it's going to be hard for anyone nationally to take our program seriously.
