off if TDP and Clemson decided to build a 15-20 million dollar swimming/diving facility instead of an indoor practice facility for football? How many people know have even watched, followed, or #### even knew we had diving and swimming at Clemson?

many years of running swim meets in the tiny pool underneath the YMCA building.

I suppose like everything else, what was considered starte-of-the-art in the mid-70s is now pretty much obsolete.

Sorta like myself, LOL.

haven't pulled up the grass on the hill, put seats in and tried to suck more money out of fans.

Although not a huge fan, it does suck to lose an Olympic sport like Swimming/Diving.

What's funny is that many of the ones complaining about us not building the swimming facility would also be complaining if we were building the swimming facility instead of something for one of the big sports.

I have also wondered if we are planning on improving our basketball practice facility. That would also be a good use of this money that could have been spent on a new swimming facility.
