that Clemson's expectations are too high! Bowden had TEN YEARS to get win a title and he never made it to the championship game. That's ACC title, not national title. Is it too much to ask that your team compete every week and make it to the conference title game every few years? At a minimun not get embarrassed off the field like we did this year vs. Alabama. It's not like we fired him in the middle of his second year.

is it too much to ask for us to beat teams that we are BETTER THAN.................lose to Wake, maryland, and GT????????????........it's not too much to ask to beat those teams. We are probably 2-3 in "attractiveness" to get highly rated recruits.........there's no excuse to not contend and get to the ACCCG every once and a while.

Clemson fans.
If you are a Clemson fan, there is no way you expect anything less than getting to the ACC championship game every single year. This should always be an expectation. If you do not expect to get to the ACC champ game every year (of course we will fall short some years) and win 3 ACC championships every 10-12 years, then you do not care much about Clemson Football. Clemson football should not be behind Virgina, GT, Wake Forest, Maryland, and BC year in and year out.

think we are being unreasonable!
We have the best of almost everything at the disposal of whatever coaching staff sets up shop and some how the outside world thinks we are being unreasonable. I mean WTH are we suppose to expect ...Weak Forest winning an ACC Championship before us, first year coaching staffs in the upper half of the ACC standings? We gave the previous staff almost a decade to just GET us to an ACC Championship game and we are being unreasonable??? Who ever thinks that we are not being rational is a freaking IDIOT!!!
