I am thankkful TB is our head football coach

as for thanksgiving, here are a few things i am thankful for. many tiger fans wont agree with #1, but heck, i do not care.
1 - TB is Clemson's coach. not perfect, wish he won one or two more games per season, hate the close losses and he is not perfect. however, he is a huge representative of clemson university, a great person, keeps players out of trouble for the most part, and has a decent football team.
2. i am most thankful that i am a tiger fan. thanks to the folks, who met at clemson, for raising me the right way.
3. i am thankful that clemson has dominated the coots recently, and thankful that we'll win bragging rights again on saturday
4. i am thankful clemson has a competetive basketball team. way to go OP, time to get in the ncaa's
5. i am thankful that i have tickets to willy B.
6. i am thankful that i have good health, can attend games, and am officially emplyed. when i get a check, i'll be a little more thankful.
7. i am thankful for the game last saturday. the loss sucked, but watching clemson play a late november game and being a play away from winning in one of the more electric atmospheres ever. glad i was a part of that!
8. i am thankful that jack legget has our baseball team fighting for omaha almost every year.
9. i am thankful that i'll attend the NW/Byrnes game tomorrow evening.
10. i am thankful that my bills are paid, my wife loves me, and supports my college football addiction, at least for the most part.

and 24 other seniors, we will see our program continue to rise. There is no doubt our talent level is sky-rocketing. Got a feeling these close losses are about to be a distant memory. The near future looks great to me.

#1 is the reason that people are starting to get the hint that Clemson fans don't give a #### about winning anymore...
walt said something like this the other day and I agree...
if you care more about good clean program than winning then you dont care about winning at all....
what is it like
winning 50 %
graduation rates 35%
Christian values 15%
thats insane
for me its like
winning 99%
not cheating to do it 1%
everything else who gives a ####....

grad rates do affect how many scholarships we can give to players who will win us games...

25 years ago,(10 yrs. old),I had just moved to Columbia from Charlotte.I met a #### fan who took me to a local usc/ Clemson store.After he shopped a while,he looked at me and asked,"are you a carolina or a Clemson fan"? I looked around the store at all of usc and Clemson posters and whatnot,and said "Clemson".that was a moment in my life and a descision that contributed to who I am today.It was a good descision and a good day.On this Thanksgiving day,I'm thankful to be a Tiger.
