I agree with you as to the character and makeup of old school Clemson men, I just don't believe they are a dying breed. In fact, reading some of your post inclines me to believe you may be one of those men! Hope this clarifies.

I did'nt go to Clemson, however my father was a Clemson Cadet, played football for Howard, graduated and served as an officer in the Army. That's the embodiment of the old school Clemson Man.

I am so disappointed we Clemson fans didn't get to see the "real" you...but that shoulder/arm injury you incurred just didn't heal properly and caused you alot of rehabilitating and loss of time in the rotation of QB's...but know you will always be a TIGER and welcomed as a Clemson Man...where you had dreamed of throwing those TD's and taking us to a Bowl. Now, "GIT IT DONE" at North Greenville.

And though I'm a Coot, I grew up in Clemson. I know what a Clemson Man is. There are plenty still around. They're being held in check by the admin, but that won't last folks. Keep your chins up and it will turn around (said in grudging admiration).
