So as many of you know I am deployed

and I have my tiger rag prominently displayed in the back of my plane. Two days ago on a mission we had some guys get on and though its really loud and you cant hear anything one of them pointed at the tiger rag, mouthed the cadence count, we shook hands, then that was it. And that 20 seconds was enough to make my day. Go tigers and SPOT THE #### BALL!

I am too. I am guessing you are an Air Force pilot? I am in BAF right now. I travel quite a bit out of here so maybe I will run into you (or see your Tiger rag) one day.

Yep, everyone out of Iraq by 31 Dec. We're out of here much sooner than that but will still be in the "area" if you know what I mean. And yes we still get the daily mortar attacks...fun times.

LOL...yeah that hasn't changed at all. Walking into work two nights ago, I HEAR the mortar whizzing by, things lands about 200 yards away. I'm hauling a$$, a good minute later we get the warning. great way to start the night lol.

Yep, in Destin and McGuires is my twice a week habit. I'm gone up to 8 months out of the year, so I figure when I'm home I'm going to be in paradise.

I'm retired USAF. Doing the contractor thing now working MQ1 Predators. Retired at 20, lasted a year doing the civilian thing and had to get back into something dealing with the militay mindset.
