yesterday near Clemson with a huge 3 car garage, plus an all brick 3 car detached garage with at least 10 foot doors, bead board walls,heated and cooled with built in air for your pneumatic tools, on 15 acres with a nice pond.....Some Clemson fan needs to buy it. Great neighbor across the street with the coolest Clemson themed truck I have ever seen.Anyway, you can probably find it on Realtor.com but if not let me know and I will try to help...

You've already raised the bar too high even for those who are super rich. There will probably some one who will offer $18,000. $3.00 per sq. ft. may scare off a lot of prospective buyers.

call me on say a 500k listing and shortly after saying "Hello" I realize they are not a prosect and I ask,"What kind of price range are you shooting for?".......and they say,"Ohhh, one hundred to a hundred twenty five".......Now, Ole Spud has never bought a Bugati, a Ferrari, or a Bentley, but if, and a humongous IF,( I mean, where or how would it look with a trailer hitch), if I walked on the lot looking at those types of cars, I would be pretty sure they cost more than Forty Seven Five....knowhaddimean?

I am not sure if you can access the first one, but the second one is mine..The pics are not very good from the agent. I would guess you will spend 50k to 150k getting the home like you want it,you could get by with minimal work for now. The last link is from when they first started trying to sell...

I take it these people don't do yard work very much...think if I was trying to sell my house I would give the yard a good landscapers cleanup and YES I would do it myself because I am not lazy and don't hire others to do it for me

house though. Couldn't tell much about the inside because the email, google was blocking me. Might be slightly dated inside, but as you say it wouldn't take much to bring it up to speed.
