Serious question about football tickets in electronic format

My parents and I buy season tickets to the home football games. I have used the electronic tickets for baseball with no problems.

However, I was hesitant about getting the electronic tickets to scan on my phone since my parents require access to the elevator up to the upper deck. We have to get the stickers for the printed tickets. We do not have a box or anything like that. Our seats are in the upper deck - they take the elevator to the upper deck and I meet them at our seats.

Has anyone used the electronic ticket with access to the elevator going to the upper deck?

Try calling the Clemson Athletic ticket office. You might get transferred around several times, but someone there should be able to help.
