MNF

Nov 20, 2017, 9:41 PM

Just thinking about what Gruden said about Wilson's scrambling, going left, its dangerous but fun to watch.
Russell's shelf life has gotta be over by the time has 35...right? I love this guy but he is at his best when he scrambles, always making plays coming out of some crazy broken protection. But that ability can't last forever....right? HMm.
So if we apply that to DW's style what say you?

Nobody around here gives a crap about the NFL anymore. Call us when there is a new professional football league with values. Until them I am out.

Other than the odd duck like Elway or Brady, how many NFL players in general even make it to 35 anyway?

Not a bunch.

If Watson gets a 12-or-14-year career, he's done awesomely well for himself. Guys who get 10+ year careers are a rarity and have beaten all manner of odds. The average in the NFL is less than three years, which is why "NFL" has always been an acronym for "Not For Long".
