All of you that are obsessed with who is and who ain't coming to Clemson need to take a Bromo-Seltzer and settle down. On the other hand maybe a lot of you ain't Tigers and just trying to muddy the water.
To the faithful do not forget who is running the show, just in case you have temporarily lost sight it's DABO AND COMPANY!! The plan has always been and always will be to recruit and sign prospects that really want to be part of the CLEMSON experience.
Another point is Coach Scott was recently quoted "It's easy as coaches, especially with the success that we've had as a team, to find guys that want to come to Clemson. Coach Swinney really challenges our staff everyday to be sure that we're very intentional to bring the best players that are the best fit for Clemson, not just going out and trying to sign as many guys as we can. Coach Swinney is not a coach that's going to over-sign. This is not a program that tries to run players off. He wants every junior that wants to come back, to have their spot. He's loyal to those guys and not to anybody in high school."
Square pegs do not fit in round holes, we will get our share and they will fit!! TIGERS RULE!!!

Check Amazon.com and you will find a pic. Bromo Seltzer was first introduced in the late 1800S and was used for heart burn and upset stomach.

Ok lets clarify this right here...
The top 3 OL on the Clemson board right now and the entire recruiting cycle this year was Carman, Mays, and Salyer....they are probably going to miss on all 3 of them. Lets not act like Dabo sent them an invite card and told them to come to Clemson. They invested time into these kids displaying their want for them to come to Clemson. To sit here and act like it doesn't effect the coach's with a little disappointment is not accurate.
Recruiting players that want to come to Clemson is kind of the idea of recruiting. You think they would waste their time recruiting kids that didn't want to come? Everyone understands what kind of program that Dabo runs and the kind of culture he tries to promote. Please don't patronize the fans that are a bit disappointed about not striking big on the OL recruiting this cycle.

So would you say that if we don't get one of these three OL to commit, then our 2018 class is a failure? Will it cause us to take a step backward in our offensive production next year?
Your negativity about getting one of these guys is over the top, and the success of this team hinges on one of the three. I don't get it.

Absolutely not. I think we struck big with this class from Lawrence and Thomas alone...
My concern is on the OL going forward, especially if Hyatt decides to depart early. The highest rated OL recruit that we have gotten in the tackle position in the last 3 classes (to include this one) would be Sean Pollard...Lets make no mistake about it here...A ton of our recent success has come become of the contribution of the All-American 5* LT Mitch Hyatt...

Let's not forget, Pollard did an amazing job last year after Fruh departed and was very instrumental in us winning the national championship.
He has regressed a bit this year, perhaps a sophomore slump, but let's not sell him short.

Maybe it's you that can't handle the truth. If any of these three truly wanted to come to Clemson they would have already committed and shut their recruiting down like XT and TL and the others. Dabo don't play games!

And if any of these three guys weren't considering Clemson the staff would have gone to America's anus in Ohio to talk to Carman...Went to Mays' high school in Knoxville...Or hosted Salyer the weekend after he decommitted from UGA...
Lets not blame these recruiting misses on the kids....Who knows what happened
