Eurotrash yellow lagers I recommend the new Sierra Nevada Brut IPA. They fermented it with champagne yeast. Dry, bubbly, light, citrusy hops so not bitter, and 6.2 abv so it gets the job done just a little quicker than at 5.

And I don’t have a lager headache this am.

Went to dinner at a friends last night and it was that or some white wine crap. it was very drinkable (poundable) and went perfectly with the salmon & roasted veggies.

It was nice of our hostesses to think of me by getting me a “cool new craft beer” (they’re all wine folks) and they could have done much worse. It’s no IPA by any stretch of the imagination but it would make a great lawnmower beer.
