Passing (Yards / TD) :
Lawrence 831 / 5 Bryant 798 / 6 Eason 773 / 7 Fields 657 / 9 Hilinski 606 / 4 Fromm 601 / 5
Much more effective article if he focused on how much Fields and Eason are outperforming Jake Fromm.
Lawrence tops them all.

There's so much context lacking from those stats though

Rushing yards, yards per attempt, yards per rush, interceptions, opponent quality, etc.
Eason had a bad game in Washington's loss to Cal.

Who have they played that would give him much competition? Can't think of anyone at this time.

I think we'll see them in the playoffs. So they can square off then. My guess is TL16 will dominate.

Hmmmm
Florida Atlantic Cincinnati Indiana
Write the article after he's played 3 power 5 teams and a top 11 team.

PawsFan, while those aren’t great teams, neither are GT and Syracuse. A&M was solid, but they’ll have 4-5Ls this year due to their schedule.
Florida Atlantic is probably tougher than GT tbh, and Indiana is equivalent to Cuse this year too. Cincinnati on the other hand went 11-2 last year and had a “top ten defense”. Just saying, the way osu is dominating in every aspect of the game, I’d say this article is at least warranted to have the conversation. It’s just a matter of opinion, and mine is that TL is the better if the two, but Fields is elite as well.
Also, If you want to compare actual schedules with Ohio state, it’s nit a pretty comparison. We’ve played by far and away our hardest game already and have no good games left on the schedule. Compare just our November to theirs. It’s not even close.

Same old crap we hear from them every year ..... just plug in Field's name rather than their last "all-world" QB. Can't wait until they get smoked by a nobody in their conference.

Everybody wants to make a big deal about the 5 interceptions

Trevor has this season. I look at them this way. Receivers caused two of them on tipped passes. Another one was thrown on the last play of the first half of a game, clock runs out, no possible consequence once tackle was made. That leaves two that were purely his fault that actually could have hurt us.
I don't remember who said it, was some NFL coach or player long ago. "If you ain't got a few interceptions, you are missing a lot of opportunities for big gains." Or something to that effect. Trevor Lawrence will answer his critics come Playoff Prime Time.
The negative publicity is no real surprise. The last thing that Bamaites, Coots, or ESPiNners want is a Heisman winner from Little Ole Clemson. Especially this year, which they have preordained for Tua Tagovailoa to win it.

Clemson is not Fla Atl. Clemson is not Cincinnati and Clemson is not Indiana. Keep winning Bucknuts and you MIGHT get to see how your QB looks with 500-600lbs of Tigers smashing into him all night long.
