Hunter Johnson will not be out of the top 25 by season's end. Chase Brice is certainly better than some on the list.

I can't wait to watch Hunter Johnson play this season. That kid has a lot of class IMO, and is a dang good QB.

He’s done nothing yet. Chase Brice has proven a LOT more than Fields at this point. For that matter Hunter Johnson has proven more than Fields, and I’d take him before Fields and never look back.
