A world champion swimmer is suing a Dallas-based health company claiming that its multivitamins led to her suspension from international competition.


At this person may get some vindication if they win a lawsuit. A few lawsuits and maybe the companies that make products will put more pressure on the 3rd party companies they use to make sure they clean up their act (literally).

It's the only hope right now as the only difference between a drug and a supplement is that one is one is regulated, the other isn't.

We’d probably be surprised to learn how many products are tainted with banned substances. Awful for these athletes who don’t cheat.

if these companies continue to use 3rd party factories to produce their products for them.

I’m guessing any company Clemson gets vitamins or any supplement from in the future will be tested prior to using that company. We will catalog all supplements as we get them and keep a sample each time we get supplies for future testing.
