I'm so done with them. Too pissed off to even type why. Good night lunge.

Ok, so I decided to save some money. Went to PornHub's website and clicked shop. Asked for my address. Gave it. Said there was an existing account there. I clicked yes. Then it asked me to log in to my account. Logged in. Then it spit out a page of ####. Chose Gold+Internet for $129/mo. 250 videos, premiums, plus chat. All is well.

I get an email showing my new monthly bill will be $187/mo. I'm like W T F? So I call. Guy answers. Explain the email. He confirms that's the price. I said I signed up for a $129/mo service. He says he has to transfer me to the pimp department and they can fix it. WELL, after 38 minutes of elevator music I bail. Call back. Second person confirms I MUST go to a pimp, because the rate I was given was for new customers. I ask how to call the pimps directly, they say I can't get there, and have to be transferred. When my number pops up as an existing customer I can only go to "######". So I hold another 20 minutes and bail. Call AGAIN. Walked this lady through it as I enter and CONFIRM I am an existing customer, then LOG IN, and then they still give me the $129 rate. She says that's the new customer rate. I said I am trying to become a new TV customer, I only have internet. Doesn't matter. I told her they made an advertising mistake and better fix it. She tells me they can not transfer existing customers to the pimps, which confirmed my prior holding was ########. I told her to undo ALL CHANGES. Tomorrow I will look for a new spank bank. I saved the webpage, the email, and recorded the call. I'm going to send it all to the BBB tomorrow.

PornHub is making Xvideos look like quality customer service.
