This opens the door for all schools to now pay recruits and athletes. Nothing the NCAA can do to stop it. The UVA AD and Tony Elliott were the ones pushing for this. Kudos to them.

Pretty much what is going on now, most schools are just taking the chance not to get caught, this just sets a president to say they can’t be punished for such as Virginia hopes to get a jump on other schools in advertising it.

Back in the late 8o’s I worked with a British LB from said college to close Anderson (a few hours a week) that had his every need met, his new car broke down on the way to Living Well Fitness, he got on the phone and fussed about it, 10 minutes later another new car was dropped off.

It certainly opened my eyes, boosters galore by bunches of teams after unfair ACC punishment.
