Christian is about to get paid really well, I can’t believe Miami would be so unintelligent to let the heart and soul of their defense go.

They had him for cheap, some players are well worth the money and letting Christian go will be the biggest mistake they’ve made since letting Drew Brees go to New Orleans when they had the chance to get him.

Christian will thrive where ever he goes and help lead the defense.

I was looking through the thingy about teams needing to bring in some help through free agency, and those folks feel a lot like our Tiger fans feel about the Jags needing a lot of help for their O line if they're really interested in trying to keep TL16 healthy by not having to run for his life on about every down bc their O line IMO was atrociously horrible last season, and here is what the free agency know it alls are saying about the Jags bringing in some O line help...

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS: OL MIKE ONWENU

Offensive line struggles derailed Jacksonville’s postseason hopes last season. Injuries ravaged the unit, which finished with the third-lowest overall grade in the NFL. Jacksonville likely needs to find multiple solutions to help protect Trevor Lawrence and jumpstart the running game.

New England’s Mike Onwenu should be one of those solutions. He’s most comfortable at right tackle but also has plenty of experience at guard. The Jaguars may do some shuffling if they cut Cam Robinson and/or Brandon Scherff. Anton Harrison could move back to his natural position on the left side, as well. Either way, Onwenu would be a fit based on his prior production, versatility and prowess in Doug Pederson’s inside-zone run game.

IMHO, with everything that the Jags was able to accomplish through the first 10-12 games, it was done strictly bc of the HC, and his trust in what he felt Trevor could do with his legs. That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it. Also my opinion is if Trevor would've had just a little bit better guard and tackle help that could've gave Trevor a few more seconds in the pocket before he had to run/scramble for his life, I think they could've played a couple of games in the 2023-2024 playoffs...
