Big body and a nose for the football. The way he throws his body around leads me to believe he will stay hurt unless he bulks up and avoids unnecessary contact.

His reaction and the way he follows the ball, leads me to believe that if this guy commits to the Tigers, he will be our next Isiah Simmons! He plays lb in high school but will get paid as a hybrid/safety type. I watch most of the recruits' clips that T-net puts up, but this kid could be a steal for the Tigers!

Fortunately for us Simmons trusted the process, put in the work and helped us. That was then.
Or he'll come here, get all the goodies, best of everything and by the time he's ready to contribute, he'll jump ship into the portal like everyone else is doing and he'll have street cred then.
Obviously that answers the question that we're not using the portal to get a linebacker who can step in and help with depth or experience in 24.
Eventually one will turn into the next 3rd and Renfrow. The more guys you give a chance to, the more your odds go up.

He has great speed and closes fast. Looks like a great athlete who is raw. He might end up a great one.

Kid seems instinctive but not a headhunter or even necessarily a great tackler.
Oh well, they are paid more than me to evaluate these guys.

Holy cow two of the first three guys he hit in his highlights could not even get up. Also has great footwork in coverage. Seems more instinctive than fast. Imho he will be a middle backer.

I understand that he may lack the stars, but my 40 years of playing, coaching, and being around the game says this dude can flat out play. Physical and fearless.
