World Hero Challenge played in Albany, Bahamas:
Lucas Glover is a member of this select Field . . . and will Tee It Up @ 10:46am (East Coast time).
“The Hero World Challenge is a golf tournament hosted by Tiger Woods, which takes place each December. It features a small number (currently 20) of top-ranked golf pros. The tournament is a benefit for the Tiger Woods Foundation.”
“With only 20 players in the field and no FedEx Cup points on the line, it'd be easy to dismiss the 2023 Hero World Challenge as an exhibition of sorts but it will have the full attention of the golf world this week.”
“The entire field will be going out in twosomes within 100 minutes of each other in all four rounds. Whoever captures the title also will pocket $1 million of a $4.5-million prize fund. There is no cut and Official World Golf Ranking points are up for grabs.”

I liked it a lot more before I saw your post. It'll be interesting to see what Lucas did on 9. I still can't believe he cooked his tee ball 40 yards more than he needed on the par 3. At least one club, maybe 2 more than he needed. Either that or a hefty shot of expresso walking to the tee 🤔
But, he's playing good. Keep it going Lucas. Oh how wonderful to win it.
Sadly, Kyle and dj are going in the opposite direction. Believe it's too much to overcome now. Turk is really a surprising story to me. He came out playing almost as good as Jacob and hasn't got it back. Then again, we didn't know that Bryson was struggling with medical issues last season either... or not until it was over.

and shot a solid 1 Under @ The Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas. He is currently T-7th Place. The best thing about his Round is, he birdied FOUR of the Par 5s . . . that alone will make Clemgalalways® a happy girl!!!

It does indeed. And you're spot on. Held it together and playing good golf.
Just perplexed with what he was thinking on 9. 615 par 5. Has 315 to the green and all kinds of trouble to the left. Just hit an easy 220 approach. Anyway, he knows his game. Actually had a couple nice putts inside 10ft that would have put him in the top 5.

The 2023 LPGA Q-SERIES in Mobile, Alabama . . . I was surprised to see Our Lauren Stephenson along with the likes of Jennifer Song, Aline Krauter, Luci Li and the Emma’s, Tally and Spitz in the Field.
This is a strong Field and Our Gal is more than holding her own!!!

I know... glad she'll be lpga. Heck, she might win a 🏆 before Alice.
Alice posted an end of year statement thanking her sponsors. Thanking her family etc. Said 23 was an up and down year, started fast but down the fall session. Said lots of changes. Obviously she made changes to her front end team at the start of the year. Then a new caddy. Hopefully 2024 will be a trophy year.
Go Lucas. Sounds like Savannah's round is delayed.

Just wanted you to see Savannah when you post Friday updates.
Lady bball is playing horrible as you probably know. Just when you think they have a team... they just can't score against p5 teams. Hung with a miss st team but auburn not that good. Recruiting is great but we're not doing anything with it. I love Amanda to death but she's not develop talent well. Ruby, McDonald's AA 5* and she was clearly better in high school. 🤷
