in free agency, and how early teams give up on high draft picks at that position these days. Do you realize, for comparison's sake:

Bart Starr was not the starter for the Green Bay Packers until his SIXTH season in the NFL.

Len Dawson did nothing his first FIVE years, and was actually traded to the then Houston Texans (Kansas City Chiefs), where he finally got a chance to play, and thrive.

Kurt Warner couldn't even MAKE a team in the NFL until after a three year stint in the Arena Football League, and then went on to be an NFL Hall of Famer and Super Bowl winner with the Rams.

It is his story of making it to the league and is really good. I think it is on Prime or Netflix. Great story and good cast.

Do you realize, for comparison's sake:

Brady won a Super Bowl yr 2
Mahomes won a Super Bowl yr 2
Roethlisberger won a Super Bowl yr 2
R Wilson won a Super Bowl yr 2
B Purdy almost won a Super Bowl yr 2

This is why you see little patience these days. Ain’t saying it is the right thing but fans have less patience these days. You could also add Jim Plunkett to your examples as well.
