Agreed colberttiger® ... These showcases benefit the NFL and the players. That said, I can't see most college players including Trotter, Carter, and Wiggins opting to play in meaningless bowl games and risking injury when they are so close to a life-changing pay day.

Guys who have put in the work for 4-5-(6) years and have hopefully done things the right way and were maybe not as noticeable due to a teammate or a weak program that took attention away from them.
