Question about notifications

In the top right, on my icon, there is a number. I assume these are notifications.

When I click on the icon, nothing shows up indicating a notification.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, how do I see my posts and reactions to them?

Sorry, just having a hard time navigating and a little frustrated. Not TNet's fault at all, just not sure what I am doing wrong.

I assume you are on the mobile site. I realize we need to improve what happens when you click your icon.

To check your PMs, you want T-mail: https://www.tigernet.com/pm.do

To see your posts you can check your profile page:

Click the mobile menu in upper left, click the 2nd tab (person icon) and then it's the first link.

I will try to get that improved this week.

Thank you. Please don't take my question as criticism. I just launched a platform, March '23. My clients who have been on it since then still have questions.

It is just the nature of the business. I really appreciate you getting back to me.
