I haven't bought a NCAA game since 2005.

I've never done it before, but I think there are third party people that basically edit all of the teams and players to current rosters, and sell you the download online. Do a little research though. I'm not sure how much they are.

Just takes a little time to manually put in every team. Just do a google search and I'm sure you'll find some free ones.

you go to roster share then click on it then click on upload roster if its on PS3 the type in gamingtailgate

In NCAA 2012, you could download a roster called "GAMINGTAILGATE" for the PS3 and it would give you all of the player names. I'm not sure if the same one works for NCAA 2013, but I'm sure something exists that will give you the player names. I'd do some searching on google and see if you can find it.
