You make the assertion that Coach Swinney's days are numbered at Clemson. Your statement could not be further from the truth. You may want to adjust those satellite dishes on your head and tune in to reality. Coach Swinney knows that the current transfer portal system is unsustainable and will actually cause the NCAA to establish regulations that benefit the Clemson Tigers. All Dabo has to do is wait for the shoe to drop and the current portal system will implode on itself. In the meantime, Dabo can continue to capitalize on highly ranked high school recruits becoming more available for Clemson because many of the other competing schools are utilizing scholarships for portal transfers. Once further regulations are put in place to prevent portal nonsense and NIL tampering, then Clemson will more than likely be in the playoff picture on an annual basis. Right now, the current system is still in place, but it won't be long until the powers that be realize the detrimental conditions that the portal and NIL are causing.
The way I see it Pawl Fine Bombs, in 2009 whenever Coach Swinney told the Clemson Tigers that we would win National Championships, the Clemson faithful had no reason to believe him. After all, nobody would be sane or logical to believe that a WR coach could lead a team to an undefeated championship season. However, he was the first to go 15-0 in the College Football Playoff era. That being said, Dabo had a vision for Clemson and according to him he's not even halfway finished at Clemson.
Our country won't go on forever, if we stay soft as we are now. There won't be any America because some foreign soldiery will invade us and take our women and breed a hardier race.
