College basketball is a crazy sport to predict

I felt we looked impressive against Winthrop. The 3’s were falling and they shot a lot of them. Against a better, taller team that may be more difficult.

On a bright side Winthrop looked good against Brevard college last night and won by 50+

Pretty sure this is the tallest lineup Clemson has had in a long time. I'd like to see a game where the paint was worked hard just to see what we could do when the 3's aren't falling.

With that said, the number of shooters we have on this team is unbelievable.

It's based on the defense. If the defense is giving you the outside shot, which Winthrop was, you take it. If not, then you try to work it inside.
If we continue to shoot well this season, then teams will step out and try to guard against the 3 more. That's when you'll see us try to work it inside. With our height I think that will work well for us.

Watching Michigan Star fall the other night proves it is a crazy sport. Unlike many on here, I have faith in Brownell to get it done this year!!

We learn nothing from playing Winthrop just like football learned nothing from playing a team like Florida Atlantic. If it was switched and our basketball team played FAMU, we would learn a bunch.
