They love these desperate tactics trying to backdoor around court decisions.

This is likely to get them hit with more federal lawsuits based on interstate Commerce and restraint of trade.

They are stte outing to restrain trade based on a dollar amount.

The way I read this is tha if an athlete wants help from school with marketing nil he can only get the assistance if he reports any nil deal he already has that exceeds $600. This let's the schools know who is getting paid and how much any who. It does not limit free trade in any manner.

They should change transfers. Currently, the only people "not" allowed to talk to a player before they enter the portal is a coach. Somehow that should be expanded to Boosters and any entity not currently paying the player NIL.

Pay for play is here. The only way to control it is to make them employees or semi pro athletes and adopt the NFL model.

They are #### bent on ruining college football. How this makes sense given all the data showing kids transferring and never graduating etc makes no common sense!
