can somebody splain the psychology of a litterer?

not the 3 trash bags I picked up this morning from the fratboy party last night, I get why they are leaving half full beers on the ground

what's up with the wrappers and fastfood bags and cups people just toss on the ground? it is probably mostly students where I live doing it

do their parents just pick up their trash at home?

it is just not people driving through, people will gladly throw trash out their front door

I assume that I have matured and feel different about littering, but I don't recall being this stupid, I mean I would get rid of empties in the car haphazardly to not get busted

there is short stretch of road near Swamp Rabbit Grocery in gville where there is an enormous amount of trash on both sides of the road, I just don't get it

Millenials have a decided lack of Italian-American actors playing Native Americans crying about littering in their lives. That's what really curbed my litter output.

We need some ads with the few litterbugs of Singapore. Negative reinforcement works there.

Some of the most littered places I've seen are in or around Indian Reservations out west.
