Constructive criticism isnt the same as disparaging remarks. To say that Cade still doesnt inspire confidence isnt disparaging. A 3rd year player should be showing improvement.

For it to be constructive, the criticism would need to be communicated to someone empowered to do something about it. For example, an email to Dabo. Venting on a message board is simply whining

I am of the expect the best and be surprised at the rest type of fan. I see pot holes and speed bumps as well, but I will go to my grave supporting our teams. ALL teams not just football.
If you expect nothing but bad out of any team or individual, that's usually what you get.
