My first impression is that he was arrested and charged with some sexual type conduct. It appears that's not the case.
What do I think? I think, I don't give a chit what happens but I quit watching Fox News because of much less spin than is than in that article.
I also think most of those that commented at the bottom of that piece need counseling.

He was 18 when she was 16. Child molestation... by a child? They were 2 YEARS APART. I just don't know what to call this. But I've never heard of a case like this. It seems a bit ridiculous to me, being investigated for some childhood experimenting you did with your girlfriend 10-20 years ago.
