left the opponent spot in the Orange open to a selection time decision. If the Big Ten had to give an ACC team a spot in the Citrus in exchange for the opponent spot then, the ACC should rather take #8 Michigan State over #7 Miss. State in exchange for nothing from the SEC. But when the ACC decided the opponent would be the highest ranked team of the BigTEn/SEC/Notre Dame, they had to take Miss State. I still don't understand why the BigTen had to offer Citrus spot in exchange, Notre Dame had to enter a conference agreement of five games etc. in exchange and the SEC had to offer nothing?
